The company
GIS-Advisers is a private wealth management company authorized as an asset manager under the Financial Institutions Act (FINIA) and subject to prudential supervision by the AOOS – Swiss supervisory company, member of the Swiss Association of Wealth Managers (www.vsv-asg.ch), which was founded in Switzerland by pooling the expertise of several heads of private banking departments at major international financial institutions, who came together around two fundamental principles:
- Absolute independence from any financial institution, in order to guarantee complete objectivity in the advice they give to their clients. In their past professional experience, these managers have too often been confronted with the limitations, obligations, incentives, or constraints that these institutions can impose to the detriment of the best possible service.
- An original offering, based on the collaboration of the best specialists from around the world. The portfolio management strategies proposed by GIS-Advisers are broken down into successive stages, with contributions from the best professionals in each sector.

GIS Advisers is authorized as an asset manager under the Financial Institutions Act (FIA) and subject to prudential supervision by the AOOS – Swiss Supervisory Authority. It is a member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers (www.vsv-asg.ch).
This means:
- That we are subject to an annual prudential audit.
- Complete transparency in our management.
- Recognition of our professionalism.
- Strict compliance with the Financial Services Act and Ordinance (the FSIA and FSO have replaced and rendered obsolete the ASG code).
All this in order to meet the security needs of our clients. The management of such a personalized portfolio is always carried out within the framework of an individual account opened in the name of each client with the world’s leading banks, over which GIS-Advisers has only limited management authority for the execution of orders. These provisions, combined with legendary Swiss discretion, ensure the absolute security of our clients’ assets.
